Terms & Conditions

Any individuals who visit this web site or to whom we offer our services to, understands and agrees that all charges are assessed from Limo Fiesta. The client or credit card holder authorizes all unpaid deposits & balances with either verbal or signed acceptance of this contract. The client is financially responsible for any damage to our limousine(s) caused by any member of their party. A minimum charge of $500.00 USD will be charged for damaging or otherwise defacing of the limousine whether inside or outside, including but not limited to excretions of vomit, blood or any other bodily fluids. Service will be immediately terminated due to unruly or illegal behavior without refund. Limo Fiesta is not responsible for any items left in the vehicle.

Limo Fiesta will not be responsible for delays due to traffic conditions, accidents or unforeseen Acts of God.

All reservations require a 1/3 non-refundable deposit.

Full payment of contract is due if reservation is canceled within 72 hours of service (for charters).

Additional Stops:
For additional stops/visits prior to your destination, if the stop is within the travel route additional fee ($10 to $20.00 for sedan, $15 to $30.00 for SUV/stretch). If the stop is outside your travel route, the chauffeur will determine the extra fee.

Waiting time for transfer passengers:
The chauffeur will wait up to 15 minutes for passengers. After the 15 minutes, additional charges will be applied for every half hour from the scheduled pickup time. (Does not apply to Arrivals)

After Hours:
Pickups from 11:00PM - 3:59AM are subject to additional fee ($20 for sedan, $30 for SUV/stretch) and 20% gratuity for the chauffeur.

Late Arrivals:
To make late arrivals more efficient, Limo Fiesta will change all arrivals from 11:00PM - 4:59AM (applies to car pickup time) to meet and greet, and will have a total charge including fare, late fee, meet and greet, and a 20% gratuity for the chauffeur.

Luggage:
Due to company policy, drivers are not authorized to bring down luggage from multiple floor buildings and are only required to assist clients from the bottom floor to the vehicle. Any exceptions will be determined by management and are subject to a fee per suitcase. 

Tipping guidelines:
Who expects a tip and what is the proper amount?
Tipping is required, but how much is optional on Airport Transfers (15% minimum when the reservation is made on line). Automatic 20% tip on phone reservations apply.
It’s letting the chauffer know how much you appreciated their service. Make sure good service is rewarded.
How much should I tip a chauffer?
20% of the total bill is considered the norm.
If the service is better than average, then you could tip 25-30%.

Pick up time modification:
Pick up time can only be changed up to one hour before original pick up time. After that client is subject to wait time based on original pick up time.

Cancellation Policy:
Please cancel at least one day prior as a Courtesy.

Airport/Transfers:
If cancellation is not made at least four hours before scheduled pick-up, passenger will be charged flat rate plus 20% gratuity.

Charters:
If cancelation is not made at least 72 hours before scheduled pick-up, passenger will be charged for full payment of contract plus 20% gratuity.
